The use of v6Node services for sending spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or engaging in phishing activities is not permitted. Users are prohibited from falsifying email headers, impersonating others, or engaging in any activities that would be considered as a violation of our Anti-Spam Policy. This includes the use of our services for sending commercial advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation without consent.

3. Security and Network Integrity

Unauthorized access to, or tampering with, network systems and data is strictly prohibited. This includes hacking activities, port scanning, unauthorized monitoring or crawling of systems, and deploying viruses or other malicious software. Any action that compromises the security or integrity of network systems is forbidden.

4. Network Abuse

Network abuse such as conducting denial of service (DoS) attacks, port scans, mail bombing, and operating harmful network services like open proxies or mail relays is not allowed. Users must not engage in activities that cause undue strain on network resources or disrupt service for other users.

5. Legal Compliance and Professional Use

All services must be used in compliance with applicable German laws and professional standards. This includes observing laws related to privacy, intellectual property, and avoiding any illegal or unethical activities as determined by German legal standards.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

v6Node reserves the right to investigate potential breaches of this AUP and take appropriate action, including service suspension, termination, and legal action against those responsible for violations.

7. Reporting and Cooperation

Any suspected violations of this AUP should be reported to v6Node immediately. Users are required to cooperate fully in any investigations or remediation processes related to such violations.

8. Response to Violations

v6Node will respond decisively to violations of this AUP, which may include suspension or termination of services, legal action, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

v6Node is committed to protecting user privacy and handling data responsibly, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and best practices.

10. Review and Modification

The AUP will be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure it remains aligned with evolving technological, legal, and operational standards.

11. Email Usage and Spam Policy

v6Node strictly prohibits the use of its services for any form of marketing emails, spam, cold emails, or mass messaging activities not compliant with anti-spam laws and regulations. Unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, including marketing campaigns and promotional broadcasts, are not allowed. Violations will be met with immediate action, such as service suspension or termination.
